II am so excited to be able to provide support and education to parents both online and in-person. My ongoing collaboration with Afloat has also expanded this year along with a new partnership with the Familienzentrum im Westend. Below you will find the details of my upcoming groups and events.

Project Name
This closed, in-person, four-week group is a space for those who are pregnant and part of an international family. Having lived the experience of being pregnant and birthing abroad, this group is close to my heart. It's a space to connect to one another, ask questions, and discuss a range of topics related to pregnancy and the transition to parenthood. Anyone, regardless of what week of pregnancy is welcome to join.
This is a peer support group and does not serve as a childbirth education course or as a source of medical advice or information.

The monthly Mindful Mama Meetup is for any English speaking Mamas and Mama2B who are looking to connect here in Frankfurt. I'm excited to say that our new in person location (Familienzentrum im Westend) has lots of space for the little ones to join us, so babies are absolutely welcome!
Each month we'll start off with a loose topic to organize our conversation a bit, but really, this is a chance to connect and share resources, so come as you are!

If you're pregnant and wondering how to make early labor and birth as comfortable as possible, then don't miss this workshop!
This 2 hour workshop won't take the place of a childbirth education course, but it can help you build your toolkit for getting though early labor. We'll explore a few accessible tools and strategies for making labor and birth as comfortable as possible. Birth partners are definitely welcome and encouraged to join.
